Office Policy
Please give 24 - 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Patients that repeatedly cancel or miss appointments on short notice may be charged a Missed Appointment fee. We understand that our patients have busy and sometimes unpredictable lives, but missed appointments take up valuable time that could have been used by another patient in need. Thank you for understanding and respecting our office policy.
